Why only cryptocurrency payments are supported
Due to the unique nature of our products, to integrate with payment platforms, we must register our company abroad (outside of China). However, given our current business volume, registering a company overseas would plunge us into a financial crisis. Therefore, we have no choice but to opt for cryptocurrency payment methods. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
As our business volume grows, I believe it won’t be long before we can register our company overseas. At that time, all customers who have purchased our products with cryptocurrency prior to our overseas registration, regardless of where you are in the world, we will present a souvenir as a token of our gratitude for your support.
If you can only pay by Credit/Debit Card, we accept payment by transfer, please contact our customer service via Facebook to make a transfer payment. Currently the website does not support Credit/Debit Card direct payment.
What countries are supported for ordering?
Any country in the world, except North Korea (where we are unable to mail), can order our items and receive them.
How long does it take to receive my product after ordering?
Due to both the days of wear requirement and cross-country mailing, it will take approximately 7-20 for you to receive your item.
If you choose the add-on option, it will take approximately 15-30 days for you to receive your item due to the special conditions of the add-on option.

Can I customise a specific style of underwear?

How do I register an account?
Click Go to registration page, the left side is login, the right side is register. After you fill in the information to register, you will receive a verification email, go to your email address to check the email and click the verification button to complete the registration.
Does Jffac appear in the delivery address?
No! Your order will be dispatched discreetly without reference to Jffac.
Do I have to pay any additional fees?
There are no additional costs other than the cost of your product purchase (plus shipping).
How are the products packaged?
Our models do the initial packaging themselves, and then our company has specialised postal staff to review and post your purchase to ensure it is undamaged and private.
